Need som new ideas
I’ve tried everything I can think of to make my chest grow! I’m gettin frustrated, I’ve tried the classic high weight low rep fast twitch growth program blah blah blah, lotsa variations, I’ve done drop sets/burn outs from 135 @ 35 reps up to 205 @ 4 reps, and back down to 135 to failure on every set, and combinations of both highre/low rep in the same work-out… nuthins workin for me, my chest is laggin far behind. Any ideas??

how many times a week are u hitting chest?? try once a week!! first week go heavy 3 sets 8 6 4 reps using barbells second week all dbells 3 sets 12 10 8 reps do this for a few weeks bench should go up and mass on the pecs i!!!!f u try keep me updated!!
