I’ve tried everything I can think of to make my chest grow! I’m gettin frustrated, I’ve tried the classic high weight low rep fast twitch growth program blah blah blah, lotsa variations, I’ve done drop sets/burn outs from 135 @ 35 reps up to 205 @ 4 reps, and back down to 135 to failure on every set, and combinations of both highre/low rep in the same work-out… nuthins workin for me, my chest is laggin far behind. Any ideas??

Ok, basically I’ve always been prety scrawny… I’m at 159 right now (a miniscule improvement from 153), and that took alot of work. I guess my metabolism is just wicked fast. I wish there were an easier way to gain… I refuse to juice up. I’m a Spirit-led follower of Jesus Christ, so, no drugs 4 me. I’m pretty sure that the problem is my diet, I don’t think I eat enough, and I’m starting to change my eating habits now. Also, my workout partners are both trying to lose weight, so the weightlifting routine that we came up with is a high-rep routine(14-21)… I’m changing that now as well. I don’t have any desire to be a huge muscle-monster, I’d just like to be able to take off my shirt w/o having to feel like a shrimp haha. If any1’s got any advice for me, I’d love to hear it.
