Still getting things ready
Still leaning down for a few things coming up in January. Here’s today’s diet plan:
4-6 egg whites 1 yolk , 1/4 cup cream of rice, Udo’s Choice
1 soy shake, 1 grapefruit
1 can tuna w 1/2 cup broccolli + 1/2 cup cucumber
1 can tuna w 1/4 cup cream of rice
6 egg whites with green beans + soy shake
6 egg whites with 2 cups spinach
1 soy shake with 2 rice cakes + Udo’s Choice

Dam good diet… I’m trying so hard to not eat and here you are loading up with 16+ egg whites on this meal. BTW looking great man. Could you tell me the secrets of those shoulders?

Hey buddy!! You know what I did for shoulders? I would do about 5 sets of really strict and HEAVY seated dumbell military presses. Followed by Triple drop sets of side raises with STRICT form. Bring in things like arnold presses and front raises as well. Just try to really really KILL your shoulders every single workout. Rest and recover properly as well. And above all, make sure you are FUELED for growth!
