Well, I tried on a 34" waist last week and THEY FIT!! Comfortably!! Wow! I was shocked. Just two months ago I am embarrassed to admit…I was in a very TIGHT 38" waist. That’s horrible! Next goal is 32"! When I graduated from high school I was in a 28" jeans. Hmmm…that’s pretty small but I’d be thrilled with 32" or even 30"! It’s not out of reach that’s for sure.
So……in just over two short months I’ve lost over 4" in my waist! How? Well, no fancy diet, no magic pill, no diet solution…..just HARD WORK in the gym and eating a cleaner diet. Limiting simple sugar carbs and never eat a carb later in the day. I have not eaten white bread in two months! That stuff will kill ya!! Lifting weights IS THEY KEY to losing weight. My metabolism is finally working FOR ME. It’s awesome.

Got my first comments from some family members I haven’t seen in a while. One of them said, "You are looking REALLY good!" Ahhhh….that had made the last month and a half all worth it. It feels good for people to actually notice results. This makes me want to press on even more and just blow people away down the road. I am hoping by July I will knock their socks off.

Just when you think you are making progress you take photos of yourself and cringe. Eeek!! Anyway, I’m not happy but it’s better than a month ago. I have a long way to go but if I just stay of track one day I will be able to post some lean, awesome photos! Posting new photos helps me stay motivated cause I see how far I need to go. I’m going to find some older photos where I was "before" so you can see my progress. I have come a long way so far believe it or not.

Not the white flour kind..but the workout roll..! Been about three weeks now of steady diet and training and I’m already seeing and feeling results! I need to post some progress pics. Never seem to remember to do this! LOL! Anyway, feeling very good and my allergies are kinda behaving themselves so it’s all good at the moment. The weight training is going very well and I’m actually enjoying it again. It’s been YEARS since I lifted weights and I believe this is the key to transforming a body. Lean Muscle Mass! Everyone should do it as we all know. So by Summer (in a few months) I will be looking good! My stomach is going down day by day and just yesterday I was able to take my belt in a notch! WhooHoo!!!! What a feeling. All credited to working my ass off and eating better. There is no easy way to lose weight….you must earn it. No secret diet pill or miracle drug either. It’s all about hard work, consistency, and patience. In time it comes.

I haven’t been able to sleep in like two days. My allergies are freakin’ killing me! I need to see a doctor today cause I’m sure I have a sinus infection. If anyone is reading this please don’t move to Ohio! This is THE worst state for allergies! It’s kinda hard to work out when you can’t sleep and can’t quit coughing. I hope this crap goes away soon. What a setback this has caused.

For the last several days my allergies are kicking in BIG TIME! I can’t quit coughing and feel drained. Ugh! I hope this doesn’t last long. Good old Cincinnati weather! Yuck!!
