3 years since my last entry, and two years since starting to train properly. Four years since I started lifting. Things change.
Philosphies change. No longer see doing two body parts at a time; training for 2-3 hours at a time with with hundreds of reps. 1 body part a day for 3-4 exercises for 3-4 working sets.
Gyms change. I've worked in gyms. I've worked out in gyms. Yet to set foot in a Golds, though. From 2009 in March, I've stuck with Inform Fitness have no plan to change.
Homes change. Partners change. Friends change. Education changed.
But, what hasn't changed are weights. I'm always ready to lift them.
