Today in the gym, I tried out a new method of doing my workouts. That being supersets. For myself, it seems to be far more meaningful to superset my exercises together than to do them seperately. I now have time for cardio as well. However, I may have developed a super way of doing barbell curls. Inside of a set, one rep is a cheat curl with the goal of curling it fast and then lowering properly therefore doing a negative rep and emphasing the Brachialis tendon as well as the short head of the Biceps brachii. Then a normal curl is followed right after to properly work the entire biceps. The feeling is incredible hours afterwards. It feels like the greatest bicep workout I have ever done. However, the next two days will document whether or not this method has negative effects, ie. Unnatural prolonged pain, probably meaning that the microtears to the Brachialis are too harsh.
