The beginning of the Five Year Plan. The entire lifestyle change is exhilerating, as today is the first day of the full transition. For todays run, it was leisurely as today there is no work. I'll probably need to wake up earlier tomorrow; around 6:30 is the possible time to wake up for the run. An estimated 30 minutes was accumulated towards the run, estimated as I have no watch at the current date. Unlike most times, there was little pain in my lower back area. The strengthening I did last week on my back and calves have certainly shown an improvement. Though my claves still need major refinement. Later on today should be the weight workout.
