I remember the three years of alcohol abuse had me down, down, down. I had no one to blame but myself. Rightfully so. Everyday I was in the gym I wanted to get my three years back in one day. I was so angry at myself for letting myself down.
That’s the intensity I’m working out with now. Three years worth of working out in one day. Every day.
Incidentally, I got those three years back, but I’m STILL pissed! I have a lot of chits to rack up before I declare myself redeemed. I don’t think the monster will ever go back into it’s cage 100 percent.
I don’t want it to. I like the monster. He’s my buddy.

My PC speakers don’t do that song justice. I’ve always loved meatloaf but I’ve never heard that song before. When I workout tomorrow that’s the song that will be playing in my head.

Why not get mad and break a black and white Jew cookie into two pieces, one black and one white?
You know, then you can eat one color and then the other, sort of like how people eat the center of an Oreo first and save the chocolate cookie outside.for last.
