well I came home from my cardio.. And you know what..Cardio is not funny when your legs are super sore from Thursdays Leg workout!! pain at its most!! anyway I did 32min and Iam very happy. I stretched for about 15min.
And finished off with 6set abs!
I feel good, but I could sleep the rest off the day away!

On monday I start on my new program. Its time to gain in power.
I feel like going back 2 basic and share some love with my old friends, deadlift,clean and press and power bench press!
I will be training 6days a week: 4days of Iron and 2 day of Cardio
This will be what I do
Monday:
Deadlift 5*5
bentover row 10*4
2hand DB row 10*3
Front pulldowns 10*3
Hammer curl 6*4
Barbell curl 10*3
One handcurl 10*3
The deal is the same with the other muscles
"basic power moves" are 5*5 and rest is 10*3/4
Arms will be trainined 2times a week (my weakpoints)
Hope It will do me good! cant wait!!

Well I was at my mothers birthsday, and was happy waiting for Arnold C to begin… hours and minuts went by… waiting and waiting… wow the hour has come, if my timezone plan is perfeckt… And its was!!! BUT…. my parents internet contection was too slow.. I could only hear the sound! how ****t is that!!! damn shit..
On the other hand that same day I got tickets to a danish bodybuilding show called LOADEDcup in april.. Cant wait!! Mr. Dennis Wolf, MR.Ronnie Rockel and Ms. Iris Kyle
will come and show how this game is played!!! Its gonna be so arwsome!!!
So by the end of the day.. It was a good day! gonna watch the Arnold tonight!

Well today is the day when I finished the 2nd week in my new conquest for a better body..
unfortuneral I dont see much progress on my body, but I feel much much better in my mind..Now I got more energy to go to the gym, and all around feel more happy.
The only problem with this is when familie and friends dont understand the word NO!!
"do you want a soda?? a beer???… One cant hurt" they say.."what about some cake??"… But what the **** do they know! No means NO.. I want to do this! and Iam gonna give it all it takes!!!
Just hand me my water and shut the **** up!! I live for this shit!
Iam going to my mothers birthday in the weekend, so when the night come(over here) I gonna leave the party, find a computer and watch Arnold Classic.. They are not gonna miss me anyway.. and if they do, they are more than welcome to sit and watch with me!
I would post some new pic, but the lack of progress. I see no need to fill up the internet with more junkpic of me

well this will be the end of my all meat style.
With help form my very sweet friend sarah_ash1 (check her out she a hardcore girl)
we have come up with a plan thats says: MORE vegetables
so am gonna eat vegetables 2-3 time a day but still keep my protein high.
hopefuly I would lose some fat..and emprove my overall health.
I will try to upload progress pic every 2weeks and let you know what I think and feel.

I woke up felling ready!
eat my breakfast, relaxed 2 hours.
when I got to the gym, I change into my gymwear. looked in the mirror… "Do you call those legs!??!.." my mirror me shoutede at me!!
"You will never win anything with quads like that!!" It says.. Hmm the mirror gots a point!!
I slap myself 2 time in the face, and went to the squat rack!
5*10-15reps of squat… after the 3set the energy left my body.. good pump, but I was DON!!
Hack squat killede my totaly.. and when I was don with leg ext. My legs could not carry me to my water!!! MAN I was busted… I was so… I don`t even know a word for it!
Stiff legged deadlift, and leg curl.. was next..
after that I wantede to die… right there in the coner of the gym!!
BUT no calves… shit i havent don calves!
when I was finist, I got my shake. AND walked home.. damn thats not funny!!
Hate it or love it… I hate me for loveing it!!

hey this is my meal plan.
Breakfast 06.00: 1cup oats, 2cups water. 2tablespoons oliveolie.
meal 2 08.00: sandwich w. honny
Meal 3 11.00: after workout protein shake
Meal 4 13.00: 5eggs w bacon and onion
meal 5 15.00: Darkbread w. ??
Meal 6 18.00: dependts on the day
Meal 7 21.00: same as breakfast
I thinks is pretty fair!
