7 meals a day!
Well I dont know about you, but I think its f****** hard to eat so much.. every 2nd hour and NOT hungry!! I`ll do it though, no doubt I`ll do it. but god..
My problem is that I get stressed over nothing, because am afraid I`ll miss a meal(am I the only one??). Not funny at all!!! I feel great eating, feeling better and bigger (I SAID FEEL)

You got it Henrik. I thought I was getting in 6-8 meals but once i started writing things down and diciplined myself more over the last week or so I’m finding it hard too. And I’ve noticed that I’m sometimes not hungry but other times starving 2 hrs later. Right now I’m trying to get my quantities in check with what I have to work with and eliminate some bad habits. But I feel the size I wanted is just around the corner and the gut is getting smaller. Today I’ll try for 10 meals, ha ha. I wake alot in the middle of the night and try to eat then also. Oh ya and I’m trying harder to get more water into me. I’ve got a 2.2 litre jug that = 8 glasses of water. Trying to get in 2 of these a day. I do go through 1-1.5 jugs during my workouts but even on off days trying to get more. Del
