On monday I start on my new program. Its time to gain in power.
I feel like going back 2 basic and share some love with my old friends, deadlift,clean and press and power bench press!
I will be training 6days a week: 4days of Iron and 2 day of Cardio
This will be what I do
Monday:
Deadlift 5*5
bentover row 10*4
2hand DB row 10*3
Front pulldowns 10*3
Hammer curl 6*4
Barbell curl 10*3
One handcurl 10*3
The deal is the same with the other muscles
"basic power moves" are 5*5 and rest is 10*3/4
Arms will be trainined 2times a week (my weakpoints)
