all the arwsome trick like hand stand, and other balance moves.. how do you train them??

Well Iam working my ass off, to get those ABS showing..
Do you traning abs with high reps or low with weight?? and how many sets? what do you think works best??

I havent been much online at bb.com. I havent seen much progress for a long time.. UNTIL now!
2009 was the start for me and my new workout partner. a female…
well I had my doubts.. I`ve allways think of myself as a hardcore m.th..r f.uc.er who dosent waist time on cardio and streching after workout.
After 3 months, she turned me into a fitnessmonkey (sorry) but damn I feel good!! now I run 2 times a week and train weights 3.
and you know what… I love it!
I even stoped eating all the junk for easy protein.
I feel the pain again, I train harder, run faster.. I found my old passion, I found my old lifestyle.
this summer is gonna be insane!

I`ve said it before, but now is the time… My Animal M-stack came today… and can`t wait too get startet… but Iam gonna wait for monday(Iam not training this weekend, do to much work)
If anybody have tryèd M-stack and have any comments I will love to hear them. like what kind of reps did you do?? 6reps or 10reps???
I still love my new job.. everthing is great… Iam great! its a bluetiful world!

I would not say I forgot about BB.com, but my new job really juse up all my energy, and whats left I spend in the gym.. so when I get home I only eat and sleep.
I really like this job, I dont mind getting up in the mornings and dont mind staying a couple hours ekstra, if I need to. (This I have NEVER tryed with a job before!!) And my weekends shifts are great, no problem.
What I love the most is that we are never more stressed than we got time for a good story or a 5min rest, in the morning we pack eggs, so It dosent matter if you are a little tired or if its cold in the morning. and after 12 when its warmer outside and the body is all up in gear, we do all kind of things…whatever will turn up.
I think Iam gonna stay at this for a year and a hafe, before I start on school…

Ive got a new job, on a chicken farm, packing eggs and take care of the chickens.. its very nice, on stress and sweet people.
AND I get all the eggs I want FOR FREE!!!! Iam soo happy!!
