Bad 2nd week!

Ok so my 2nd week started off really bad. My dog got run over as I was just about to go for my jog, friends arrived from the UK and the wine and beer was flowing and then easter struck and temptation was to great and some of the kiddies choclate eggs went missing!!!! It wasent me honest……..!!!!

Well I did keep up with some runs and weight sessions and thankfully I didnt put on any extra weight. It just shows how easy it is to become weak and indulge in temptation. I have to be stronger if I want to have the body that I want and thats its not going to transform itself over night, you have to really work at it.

Now I start my third week im more determined than ever to stay with the program!

Day 6&7 cardio weekend

Ok so this weekend I started increasing my cardio. On Sat It was increased to 45mins of treadmill, incline 4.5 speed 4mph and then on Sun same levels just increased the time to 50mins. I will stay at the 50min mark until next Sat when I will increase to 55min and then 60min on the Sun.

Day 5 - Pumped!!

Ok so last weights day for week 1 on the 12 week program.

After my supp advice yesterday I went out and got some superpump 250 to help me keep my energy up through my sets. WOW im not a caffine drinker so I only took 1 scoop, but after 40mins my energy levels shot through the roof and my sets were great, pushing more weight and my energy didnt drop either. Made my stomach turn a few times drinking it…….raspberry lemonade……yeah right! but soon went away and was feeling ready for my workout.

So 2 days of cardio before the weigh in and body stats, feel alot healthier and focused on the next 11 weeks ahead.

Day 4 - Thanks for the advice

Ok so I did my morning 40min cardio workout this morning and feeling sore from yesturdays workout but my energy has definatly returned. My bodybuilding A-Z book arrived today (workout just getting it out of the box! lol) and im researching the science behind the training.

Had some great advice on pre workout supps to keep my energy up thanks to members of the 2009 Transformation Group by Kris Gethin, so off to the supp stores tomorrow to see what i can get before my next workout.

Day 3 - ran out of energy!!

Ok today was a tough one, I was all pumped up this morning and had loads of energy then I went to the gym in the afternoon and half way through my session my energy just went!! I managed to finish but felt completely drained. Im keeping to the 6 small meals a day with protein shake in the morning, pre work out and then straight after and im also having one in the evening. Is there somthing im doing wrong? or is there anything I can take to keep my energy levels up through my workout? Any advice would be great as Im new to supplements and a controlled protein eating regime!

Day 2

Ok so today was just the cardio workout, I did my 40min, 600 calorie burn routine on the treadmill and walked the dog along the beach. Drinking alot more water than I ever have but still trying to get to grips with my portions sizes! wow im amazed on what I eat before I started this program.

looking forward to more weights tomorrow :O)

Day one!

Ok so i have cleaned out the cuboards of all those bad foods! and have been shopping for all those good foods! Got my protein and really got a positive mind to my training program. I

Im going to use the 12 week video trainer program by Kris Gethin to get me started and hopefully give the extra drive when I need that drive to push harder.

I will also update my profile with progress pictures to keep me motivated

Here goes!!!!

 ****** DAY ONE FINIISHED*********

 Ok so I did 40mins cardio this morning and then did my chest, triceps and abs after lunch. Pushed my reps and now I feel greeeat even if my body feels like its been hit by a truck!

Eating is the hardest thing I have found today, keep day dreaming of fish and chips and a pint of Guiness!! Must be strong lol
