Week 20
Well I did it…finally lost 40 lbs! I’ve noticed I’ve been getting more vascular in my arms which is pretty cool. I’ve got a nice fat vain on my right bicep.=) Still have some weight left to lose as I’m still not where I want to be. Changing my rest has been great and I’ve been getting good pumps resting 1 minute and doing 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps… Might add some muscle this way as most of my lifts have gone up since changing my rest time. No cardio and down to 198.6lbs.
