Back to My All Time Low Body Weight
I’d kind of forgotten about this blog. Quick update is in order I suppose
. I now weigh in at just below 177 lbs, which is my all time low weight. My main concern at this point is whether or not I’ve lost LBM since I’m not lifting as much as I should. I wouldn’t say I’m completely neglecting it, but it’s not as consistent as it should be :/. I’m assuming I’ve lost a bit, but most of the fat is gone as well, so I’m happy with that. I’ll run to the gym right now since I’m thinking of it and I’m beginning to feel guilty.
Here’s to bringing the LBM back!
