okay so I’ve been slacking a bit lately..alright a lot : ( PLEASE if you’re reading this, tell me off! lol. I am so mad at myself. I am still losing, which is awesome (that’s gotta mean something is goin right with the metabolism) but I’ve started eating crappy again and my workout routine has been hit or miss so time to get back to it.
