			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So the O has come and gone and like I stated and knew I was off and came in off. I was a little tired maybe and I let my bf get to high prior to prepping. I ate like a pig coming off the Arnold. Its been two weeks now and Ive definitely gained a smoothed over look quickly. No biggy but I have a guest pose Nov. 3rd in Seattle. I hate guest posing that far off. I HATE it but I will not be doing the AC this year and concentrating on just the O. 5th is unexceptable. <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>My husband is looking awesome! So excited to see him back on stage this year. He looks like plastic he gets so lean. Thin skin.. which I did not get blessed with.

<p>I have to admit that I feel behind in my prep. Kinda worried. I will know to never start a prep so far out of shape again. Just under the 7 week mark. Can I pull it off?
