I have to admit that I feel behind in my prep. Kinda worried. I will know to never start a prep so far out of shape again. Just under the 7 week mark. Can I pull it off?

Seeing all the kickass pics from June, I don’t see how you could be "out of shape". I do realize there are differences in what a normal person would consider out of shape and what a bodybuilder would. You look great to me.
