15 week bootcamp
on monday june 30th I started a 15 week bootcamp at my Gym, 3 days a week Monday ~ wednesday ~and ~Fridays on monday we worked my arms and wednesday we worked my legs I have never been so sore in my life my legs actually gave out on me…… I was too sore to go on Friday so I called my trainer and made plans for saturday….. I can’t wait to start seeing the results ……. 15 weeks I hope I survive…… I look at the pain as only progress to my goal. no pain no gain Right?? I just have to work through it…….
