First week….5/07/08

Well this was my first week on my new healthy lifestyle approach.
I have been doing cardio daily (except for today…feeling a little under the weather) and eating clean!
Slowly but surely I will be charting a strength training schedule to follow.
My first week I’ve lost 4lbs., YaY!…not bad… :)
