6 weeks in

2nd post, been training hard for over 6 weeks now and I’m starting to see some improvement. My shoulders seem to be getting a little shape to them which is great. Can’t wait to bulk up some more!
I have been reading Arnie’s encyclopedia for ideas on training and diet, which is helping, I should start counting all my macros, but I eat the same thing pretty much every day, and I will wait to see if it’s working (give it 3 months or so.)
Training is going well, I am gaining strength which is great! For the first time in my life I can bench over 20 kg which is awesome! (I’m at 27.5kg).
Squats are nice and deep, did a squat with my bodyweight (50kgs bar) on me for 2 reps, ass to grass, so im happppyyyy!
All in all, pleased with myself but cannot wait to make bigger, better gains!
