My legs hurt
While I wait for the fat man in the office who got gastric bypass surgery to finish warming his fried chicken, I will write a blog.
Yesterday I went to the gym to get my bf tested. In order to do that, i had to buy a personal training session of 30 minutes. (Crock of shit but whatever) Anyway, Trainer and I di a bunch of f8cking leg exercises with no rest/recovery then squats blah blah blah. Anyway, I’m really sore today.
I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes while enjoy my HGTV. I feel okay with this considering I can hardly walk. I decided NOT get any PT sessions because it does more harm then good. Maybe more 30 minute sessions but on Fridays because the weekends I’m looking for an excuse not to work out haha.
My diet is good. I’m liking these rice crackers. I wish fat man wasn’t warming like 1000 pieces of fried chicken for the past 15 minutes because I need to eat. Diet is good. Chicken is annoying the hell out of me. I need a food scale. I’m so confused. 4oz, 6oz, size of a stack of cards… what if it’s thin? then what? I’m confused more.
I had to buy a tank top at the gym today because I didn’t have anything to wear. It’s too tight lol so my fat rolls were hanging out. I’d better work faster. Saw the body for life challange and was impressed how well people did. Great motivator.
I need to remember my supplements.
I’m still mad I got fat again
