					<description>Thank you, Lindie Nel! My diet consists of egg whites and oats, tilapia, sweet potato, and greens for 3-4 meals and a whey protein shake. I may substitute beef or chicken for the tilapia and rice for the sweet potato, but mostly it's this everyday.</description>
