I should hope so. It's simple biomechanics. A healthy person with your dimensions and strength level should be able to barbbell curl 70-80% of their weight for one rep. Anyone who deosn't know that is a ****ing idiot.

Please get a vid of yourself barbell curling  70% of your weight so you can both understand how right I am. Or at least try to barbell curl 70% of your weight and tell me how it goes. 

CarlC couldn't find a clue on Cluegle. I hope you're a little brighter than him.</description>

					<description>The 60+ is what it says my max rep would be, but I'll see if I can get a pic of me doing as much as I can...that whole 1 rep max is a bit dodgy, but I can curl a 45lb barbell about 15 or so. I'll let you know when I have a pic!!</description>
