It’s 5 am and still not asleep. I think my lack of sleep in setting me back in training, not sure how much. I’m really going to try to sleep in today but can’t ever sleep in past 9am and I need sleep because my body is drained.

I know how you feel. I can’t sleep until about 1130 or Midnight and then I have to wake up at 4 for work. Sucks because I know I need sleep to heal and improve, but can’t get any sleep
