Love ur Body!

To be secure and confident in life, not letting anyone hold you back or put you down means loving yourself, knowing who you are, what you want and where you came from.

I asked myself yesterday if I could get any plastic surgery done for FREE, what would I change?  I couldn’t think of anything!!  A year ago I would have said my cankles, my double chin, my donut around my waste and my arm fat.  I have since fixed all these things with nothing but HARD WORK and even though I am not perfect, I am a different person than I used to be because I walk with confidence now.  It’s nice when you can finally be accepting of yourself.  Confidence shows in everything you do, whether you realize it or not.  When people judge you for the first time beyond your looks they see your confidence (or lack thereof).  I can remember times seeing the most unfortunate looking people, men and women, and when they are confident it shows and it makes me want to get to know them.  It honestly attracts people.

I’m getting ready for the biggest interview of my life.  This is my dream job and my passion, the only thing I want to do.  I’m working on conveying my confidence through my speech and body language.  It’s hard to come off confident but not cocky and I hope they can see I’m confident and worthy of the job.  WIsh me luck!

Whats wrong with oats?

Ever since I have stopped eating oats (1/2 cup) in the morning and replacing the carbs with equivalent amount of carbs from fruit or rice cakes, I have been dropping weight and leaning out like crazy.  I’m not kidding, everything else the same my stomach is harder and leaner.  I have no idea why, water retention?

To better enjoy the fatty one yolk I eat in the morning with the rest of my whites, I have started making egg-yolk omelets.  Instead of mixing the yolk with the egg whites, I crack the 5 egg whites in the frying pan, then take the last egg and pour it over the rest with the yolk intact.  Then I cover it all and cook it like a big sunnyside up fried egg.  Then I add my veggies, flip it, and when I eat it the runny yolk gets popped and oozes all over the rest of the omelet and is delicious!
