symmetry
I feel my upper body is too lean and my lower body is not lean enough. My competition is in 8 days and I don’t know if I should up the cardio or not. My legs look musclular they are not ripped though. My arms are really striated, however but they have gotten smaller. I can’t wait to stop dieting and build back up again I feel so scrawny!

Drop sets would help with that I would think. I was stick with elipitcal or stairmaster for cardio. My last week of show prep I did 30 minute stairmaster in morning, 30 minute elipitcal postworkout followed by another 30 minutes on the stairmaster. The stairmaster is your best bet! good luck girl!
