Got a great chest biceps and triceps workout last night! And then I topped it off with abs! I didn’t get to do the cardio though, but my bodyweight is staying between 245 and 250lbs. I need to come down to 230lbs, and I think that this will certainly be a more appropriate weight for my overall fitness goal right now. More to come!

My Leg workout last night illustrated some improvement in strength due to my knee becoming more reconditioned to lifting on the leg press significantly over a thousand pounds again. I was somewhat surprised because I had skipped a couple of days since I last did legs. On top of that my knee is not in pain all of the time as it previously was…Thank God!

I have been really consistent with my training and diet regimen as of late and it is paying off. I would really like to get my feet wet with the stage again perhaps around August and definitely September. More to come, just posting a note for now. Peace!

Having a workout partner can really instrumental to your training goals, especially if that partner is consistently coming to the gym and remains motivated….

Yes, school is over! I count that as no more disruptions with my gym regimen, and therefore, no more room but to focus on training hard and reaching my goals. Uh oh, what is the competition going to do now? Ummm., I wonder? There is no way to run and definitely no way to hide. Just face it, you’re in trouble, and you will find that things are about to change for ya. So, go get some help; you might want to camouflage yourself by taking a couple of hundred cc’s of dianabol or something! :-) You know what happens when things get consistent and I commence to transforming the workout world? See all those old videos of me lifting? I’m going to shatter those numbers….more to come….be afraid….be very afraid my friend….ha-ha-ha….Yes, I’m ready for the world!!!!!

Hey All, leg routine last night was pretty good; I am almost back in conditioning and it didn’t take too long. So I’m happy with how my progress is coming along in that regard. hope everyone else’s training is going well! peace!
