i am no longer prusuing bodybuilding, i am now focusing on my Kendo and other martial arts. its good cardio after all. who knows what the futer might bring i may pick it up again, but for now im giving things a rest.

Well to make a long story short, march and aprill have not been good times for me. my dog died on march 15th and her deth has beoned resenable doght been linked to the contaminated pet food. this caused a boght of bad depretion and just as i was coming out of it i got hit whith a bad cold. now things in my life seem to be clearing up, (i have some other things going on that i would reather not discuse) so i am ready to resume where i left off.

well to put it bluntly, mar 15 2007 my dog died of liver falier due to contaminated or poisened food. i have been tidering in and out of depretion for the last few days. however im feeiling stronger now and will go to the gym tomaro.

i am finaly starting to see changes. i have gained some wate but i am looking a litle leaner and more muceled. my arms are starting to look riped as well (sholers are big, tricep are looking huge , byseps still lacking, forarms looking biger) time to update goals as well. for the rest of this week and next im going to focus on Chest and byseps, maby ill finaly catch them up whith the rest of me.

yesterday i had the morning off due to a class cansalation so i went to the gym whitch i normaly dont do on thursdays. i atempted to do what ever i could and then remebered i forgot to do my squats (ops).
barbell bicep curls 45/55/55lbs 10/10/8 reps

had to take a brake from what i would normaly have done (Abs and legs) becuse the equipment was beeing monoplized by a bunch of chaty people (bolth male and female) and would not move short of a comandment of god. so i decided to do arms insted beeing i need to work on them the most.

note: while working out i felt invincibel had good drive today (saterday) and good modivation. after i finished working out some of my friends wanted to see how mutch we could do on the barbell curl, i maxed out a 2reps of 100lbs i felt realy good about myself.

im curently looking for a partner. having some one to workout whith helps keep me motivated and on track, however since most of my friends have gone away to school i have had trubel finding some one. hopfuly ill finde some one soon.
