Ok my story!
Tuesday, April 10th, 2007So I started my journey back in December 2006. At teh time I was at 315 pounds roughly. I might have been as much as 10 pounds heavier. Needless to say I needed a change. My blood pressurewas pre hypertension and i had trouble walking up a flight of stairs. SO i said thats it I need to get it in gear. I went on a healty diet eating 2000 calories of healthier food choices and the weight just melted off. So right now I am at 250 and feeling a lot better but i know i can keep going. Ill try to stay really active let me know what you guys think. This is really to keep me motivated and give me a place to hold myslef accountable if i get lazy.
