Getting back at it.
Monday, July 21st, 2008Well it has been a while since I have written one of these so i hought I would update everyone. As some of you know i had to take a break from training in the spring due to some illness and changes I had to make in my diet. Well a 2 month break turned into a 4 month break and I got lazy and got a little soft. Well the good mews is i didnt gain to much due to diet being ok still but not as strict as i am when i train. So my girlfriend is starting her new job next week and she works every night this week starting tomorrow so ill be back at it tomorrow after work. I plan on getting stricter than I ever was before so i plan on seeing results. It sucks ill need to figure out where I am tomorrow and start from there i plan on doing more cardio to start with light weights for high reps for the first couple weeks and then work from there. So wish me luck and be sure that you will see some exciting changes in the near future.
