Ok time to shift gears.

Ok, so I have been bulking the last 3 months or so and well now its time to shift gears.  I plan on cutting now to see where I am.  I am currently right around 270lbs and I want to get down to 235lbs.  And see where I am at.  I am sure i will lose some muscle but its price i have to be willing to pay.  My bulk was not clean at all so next time i will start with a clean bulk. 

I hope that this goes well last time i dieted I lost weight really quickly so we will see i just need to keep myself motivated.

The Future and Bodybuilding

Well I am still working hard and making good gains.   Since I have been eating more i have seen better gains in muslce size and strgenth.  I love it i haven’t lost weight but I have stayed right at 245lbs for a few weeks now.  I am not really concerned with it. I am also on a 5 day split i needed to seperate my shoulder day from the rest of my arms. It seems to be working my shoulders are growing a little faster now.

 I also have a new goal i want to compete in a bodybuilding show withen 2 years.  I need to gain some muscle inorder to compete with the larger frame that I have.  I plan on being 100% natural and if i dont think i can do it in 2 years naturally then i just won’t compete.  I think I can do it and i am determined to. In just 6 months I amaze myself with how much i have grown and accomplished.  So here is to my new goal time to kick some butt and get to it wish me luck.

Well with every passing week i feel healthier and closer to my goal.  I have been watching my weight but it is not my master.   It is just a number and i notice i feel thinner but weigh the same this week and there is only one explination for that Muscle!  So dotn let it bother me but it is scary and i see this everyday espically with women and there never ending journey to get skinny.  Losing too much weight is not healthy and you can give me a woman with a little meat on her bones anyday.  Personally If I am on a date and the girl wont eat that usually is a red flag for me. Sory ladies but if you are afraid to eat and gain one ounce later.  Give me a fit athlethic chick that can handle and has to eat anyday.  I know most men will agree.  I hope I dont offend anyone it is just my opinion and from a male perspective a lot of us feel the same way.

 I hope to hit my 80 pounds lost soon it should be in the next few weeks as long as i keep on track.  My determination and dedication is at a new high so I know I will!

Another week Down time to grow!

Well I have been sticking to my routine for about 6 weeks strait and i have seen a lot of improvements.  My energy level seems to be at a constant from eating properly i figure.  This week I hope to kick my traing up another notch.  I have been doing cardio every day now i plan on changing that to 3 out of my 4 or 5 days a week that I get to the gym.  I really want to gain more muslce niw so weight loss is going to be not relaly a concern for the next month.  I also am starting to take ceatine the as of today to see it it helps me get any gains.  I enjoy getting stronger and seeing more muscle so thats where i stand for now.

On Track

Well it was over a week since i weighed myself yesterday and i knew I lost more weight.  I dropped 3 more pounds!  It feels great to know that my diet is still working and that I am on track.  Training is going well all my lifts for chest went up a little yesterday so I am really doing well there too!

New motivation!

Well the last few weeks have been really cool.  I have been running into a lot of people that keep saying how good I look and it really makes me feel great to hear that i never really had compliments like that from anyone espically from women that I have been getting them from lately.  So My confidence is finally improving slowly but its getting better.  This site has been great keeping me motivated.

 So i have a training partner now.  The office summer helper was impressed with how different and healthier that I look that she wanted advice and such on how did it.  so we decieded to work out together for a few weeks to get her started.  So I am excited that I have a new way of motivation.

So My cat Toby has been my new morning alarm clock the last two weeks.  It is wierd if he sees me adjust my clock he jumps up on my bed and pushes his head into my head and purrs and meows in my ear.  At first it bothered me but know I come to appreciate it because it wakes me up for my morning workout at 5:30am.  I am wide awake and training harded since the cat started waking me up.  Nope he is not for sale lol.  So Workouts are good the next few days i am at a conference for work so ill be a little out of wack but there is a decent fitness center at the hotel so ill get a little workout in to say on track.  I think ill be just fine there.  Diet might be tuff but I will do it i owe it to myself.  I have come a lon way I am not going to mess it up now!

Friday’s Back Workout

Well I did my Back yesterday and one day later after really beating it up I Don’t feel that sore but i guess that is good since i am increasing my protien to get a faster recovery it must be working.  I had a great week at the Gym and next weeks mission is to clean up my diet it hasn’t been easy for me lately but I will do it this time.

Arm DAY!! Kicked butt!

Well Today is my arms and shoulder workout and I decided that I want to bet the crap out of them.  Its been a couple of hours since i finished my workout and i still feel pumped big time!  I really decided to get back at it this week hard with a new fram of mind.  NO PAIN NO GAIN!.  It seems to be working I am sore and  I love the feeling this week like i naver have before.   The time off has made me focused and full of energy.  The docter said I had to stop my Caffeine intake so its not a fake stimulation is just plain old motivation and determination.  I plan on keeping my weight up and reps aroud 8 or 10 for all my set of three for the next month I can’t wait to see how it works out.  I am sore and sore is good:).

Weight

So I have gained for pounds and i have hit a wall with motivation to loose weight.  But its not bothering me because i am getting stronger and my clothes are looser so I know i have gained muscle.  I really wnat to get skinnier but you know what i never wanted to be a bean poll so ill keep up what i am doing ill lose the weight in time.  Besides I luv the strgench gains on all of my lifts its a rush and if i seriously diet i dont have the energy to build the muscle I want.
