					<description>Congrats!  It seems like slow going at first, but when you really start noticing gains it's really exciting!!  Super setting is good fun...err...lots of pain ;)  If you ever feel like you're reaching a plateau, try a week of drop sets on your routine, then go back to regular lifting and you will be amazed at the strength gains!</description>
