Yep still going.

Well I am still on track and still holding at the same weight but i see that i am building and the weight is shifting around on my body.  I am gaining strgenth for the most part. My chest is still comming along slowly but I guess i want to much at once there and if i look at where I started I have made great progress.  I am trying a lot of different Protien shakes now trying to see if i have better luck with any one and I am actually seeing that if  use them for different meals ad such the variety is giving me the best gains.  My body just can’t take all one thing it seems to have a slower response when i do that.  I really like the ProCore advance that i am trying now it has a great carmel taste and no lactose.  It is pretty new technology but i like it after a week of use.

I am really doing well with my 5 day split now i am going to continue with the way i have it now till august then i am going to look in to grouping opposite muscle groups and do some super setting for a while. I like to change everything up every 6 weeks or so it really seems to work for me.  Still planing on reaching all my goals 100% natural and i think i can do it.  i must admit though when i see how cyceling and such can really be a boost i think about it.  It jsut is not worth it to damage my body and i feel that God gives us our gifts and that is what we should stick with.

So yep I am still going forward!!

Congrats! It seems like slow going at first, but when you really start noticing gains it’s really exciting!! Super setting is good fun…err…lots of pain ;) If you ever feel like you’re reaching a plateau, try a week of drop sets on your routine, then go back to regular lifting and you will be amazed at the strength gains!
