Arm DAY!! Kicked butt!
Well Today is my arms and shoulder workout and I decided that I want to bet the crap out of them. Its been a couple of hours since i finished my workout and i still feel pumped big time! I really decided to get back at it this week hard with a new fram of mind. NO PAIN NO GAIN!. It seems to be working I am sore and I love the feeling this week like i naver have before. The time off has made me focused and full of energy. The docter said I had to stop my Caffeine intake so its not a fake stimulation is just plain old motivation and determination. I plan on keeping my weight up and reps aroud 8 or 10 for all my set of three for the next month I can’t wait to see how it works out. I am sore and sore is good:).
