sick!
Well My training has taken a back seat the last few days I havent been able to make it to the gym but I have done some of my routine at home. I Had to see the docter yesterday due to a sinus infection it was to the point of the headaches were making me light headed and that really is not good. So know I am on antibiotics and taking it easy. This might have been a good thing for me. I have been training hard for about 10 weeks 4 days a week and my body and joints were feeling it. So other than the headaches and sinus pressure the rest of my body seems to be recuperiating and I actually feel stronger after a few days of rest than I did before I got sick. Plus the extra time i put to good use by reading articles and finding new meal ideas to change things up a little bit. I have still stuck to my 1800 to 2200 calorie diet so i still sould be ok with my altimate goal of weight loss. My diet is as follows 50% protien, 30% carbs, and 20% healthy fats.
So next week I got to words for the gym. LOOK OUT!! I am pumped for my monday chest workout already.
