Weight

So I have gained for pounds and i have hit a wall with motivation to loose weight.  But its not bothering me because i am getting stronger and my clothes are looser so I know i have gained muscle.  I really wnat to get skinnier but you know what i never wanted to be a bean poll so ill keep up what i am doing ill lose the weight in time.  Besides I luv the strgench gains on all of my lifts its a rush and if i seriously diet i dont have the energy to build the muscle I want.

Update on diet 4/17/07

Well last week didn’t go so well and this week started off worse.  I missed last week at the gym except for 2 days due to a Sinus Infection.  Well I saw the docter and i am feeling better there but Sunday started off bad.  I hit my head bad off the Medicine Cabinet and well i got a concussion which means i cnat do any heavy lifting.  I did’t listen to the advice and went to the Gym yesterday.  Well not the best idea i got my chest work out in and i was strong on all my lifts but i got what Can anly be called a migrane that made driving home very scary.  So I am taking today off which should be ok because i am on a 4 daya week program so ill just bump everythign back a day.

 Weight loss didnt got that great i gianed 2 pounds but my diet was off being sick so I am not upset plus my pants feel loose so the weight does not bother me at all.  So ill let you all know how the gym goes tomorrow i hope that i can do all my stuff fine if not I will be back to se the docter again I am afraid.

Ok so my medicine is working well.  I am missing the gym way to much since I got sick.  So tomorrw I am going to hit the gym early before work and get in my back routine and some cardio. What can I say missing a few days kills me that is a good thing i think.  Besides i weigh my self on thursdays at the gym so ill have to go tomorrow and see where i am at.  My pants feel looser so i think i lost some weight this last week.

sick!

Well My training has taken a back seat the last few days I havent been able to make it to the gym but I have done some of my routine at home.  I Had to see the docter yesterday due to a sinus infection it was to the point of the headaches were making me light headed and that really is not good.  So know I am on antibiotics and taking it easy.  This might have been a good thing for me.  I have been training hard for about 10 weeks 4 days a week and my body and joints were feeling it.  So other than the headaches and sinus pressure the rest of my body seems to be recuperiating and I actually feel stronger after a few days of rest than I did before I got sick.  Plus the extra time i put to good use by reading articles and finding new meal ideas to change things up a little bit.  I have still stuck to my 1800 to 2200 calorie diet so i still sould be ok with my altimate goal of weight loss.  My diet is as follows 50% protien, 30% carbs, and 20% healthy fats. 

So next week I got to words for the gym.  LOOK OUT!!  I am pumped for my monday chest workout already.

Ok my story!

So I started my journey back in December 2006. At teh time I was at 315 pounds roughly. I might have been as much as 10 pounds heavier. Needless to say I needed a change. My blood pressurewas pre hypertension and i had trouble walking up a flight of stairs. SO i said thats it I need to get it in gear. I went on a healty diet eating 2000 calories of healthier food choices and the weight just melted off. So right now I am at 250 and feeling a lot better but i know i can keep going. Ill try to stay really active let me know what you guys think. This is really to keep me motivated and give me a place to hold myslef accountable if i get lazy.
