Delayed Carb Cutter
Friday, May 16th, 2008So i’ve been cutting calories, doing cardio and taking in low carbs since Monday, in an attempt to lower my bodyfat and its starting to get a little rough..LOL This is day 4 (Thursday) and mentally, more then physically, i can tell that i’m starting to get drained. I feel hot, hungry, and tired! But i have to keep fighting because i hvae a whole nother week left of this and also i’m excited to see what comes out of this "diet". To me this feels a little like a fast and i’ve done that before, so i know that i can do this. By the end of next week, i’ll post some new pics to see how much progress has been made.
