So i’ve been cutting calories, doing cardio and taking in low carbs since Monday, in an attempt to lower my bodyfat and its starting to get a little rough..LOL This is day 4 (Thursday) and mentally, more then physically, i can tell that i’m starting to get drained. I feel hot, hungry, and tired! But i have to keep fighting because i hvae a whole nother week left of this and also i’m excited to see what comes out of this "diet". To me this feels a little like a fast and i’ve done that before, so i know that i can do this. By the end of next week, i’ll post some new pics to see how much progress has been made.
Until then, everyone be safe and have a wonderful weekend!

I sometimes read Horoscopes just to see what it has to say about my zodiac sign. Being a Sagittarius means that we tend to seek an adventure. Well i think that i’m at the point in my work towards that perfect body, that i need something refreshing. I need a new adventure, a new challenge !!!
I’ve been lifting heavy and eating good for sometime now and its getting boring to me. I’ve gain some mass and strength in the time, but now i’m anxious to see what a good cutting phase will do for my body. So i think i’m going to start lowering my calories, lowering my carbs and doing more cardio. I’ll do this until my body or mind tells me different. I’m really looking forward to this challenge that my body and mind will go through because of the lowering of carbs, but i accept all challenges on the road to the perfect sculpture.

Today i deceided to switch it up and workout at 6 in the morning! After taking purple-k and decastack , which had me anxious to get started, i felt that i had a great shoulder workout. I basically did a pyramid with 5 sets on the smith machine (military press), down to 8 reps and after that used cables for my front, side and rear delts for 12-15 reps. I enjoyed the burn i felt throughout the whole workout, now i’ll just wait to see what kind of soreness i have.
