Low Carb Diet
My "diet" have just startet, I started out with a low carb diet, but still have to consume between 3500-4000cal. per day, all my food is clean food now. By going low carb I hope to turn my body into a more hard body(still some bodyfat).
My real diet will not start until the 2.July 2007 12 weeks out from the Danish National Championship.
On my cardio days I will go for 4000cal. and on non cardio days my intake will be 3500cals. I´ll try to eat 8 small meals per day and get my protein every 2-3 hour.
My training is going well, my technic is getting better so now I get a soreness in every workout… Im still working on my chins - I hate them more than anything inthe world
