With a new plan!!

Have been talking with my trainer and my plan for goning after the National Campionship (Danish) this year are now going to be in 2008.

I want to try my luck in Bodybuilding and not fitness. More to come later…

Not much to tell

It has been almost 2weeks since I´ve wrote last, but there is not much to tell, other than that my training is going well and I keep my weigth - Im still at 85kg.

I did have crape ay at the gym today all my strength was gone :(

But I’ll return when I have some good things to tell - C U….

Low Carb Diet

My "diet" have just startet, I started out with a low carb diet,  but still have to consume between 3500-4000cal. per day, all my food is clean food now. By going low carb I hope to turn my body into a more hard body(still some bodyfat).

My real diet will not start until the 2.July 2007 12 weeks out from the Danish National Championship.

On my cardio days I will go for 4000cal. and on non cardio days my intake will be 3500cals. I´ll try to eat 8 small meals per day and get my protein every 2-3 hour.

 My training is going well, my technic is getting better so now I get a soreness in every workout… Im still working on my chins - I hate them more than anything inthe world :-)

I hope to get some photos soon so you can see how i goes…

My first training this year

breakfast at 6am (protein+glutamine+oats)

But first of all I had to step on to the scale to watch my weight which show 87,7kg (ups) thats around 14kg more than my contest weight. I´ll keep bulking until april but have now put some cardio to my weekly workout routine (2½hour pr. week) to brun some of the fat of. I´ll try to cut off around 3-4 kg of my weight until April, but will still consume 3500-4000 calories pr. day but cut down on the cabs (60protein/40cabs) until now my protein and cabs have been 50/50.

 I hope I can post some pics soon(I will hate to show the world my poor shape)

At 8am I went to the gym for  chest workout:

10min warmup on the bike

INCLINE BB PRESS
4 SET.
INCLINE DB PRES
2 SET
INCLINE DB FLYES
2 SET
FLAT DB PRESS-FLYES
2 SET
CABLE CROSS FLAYS
2 SET

CARDIO
20min on the bike

Happy New Year - It’s time for Progress!

January 1, 2007

The date is 1/1-2007 and a new year is just started and a new season is beginning.

In just 3month I’ll start my diet, but I’ll allready now start thinking much more about what Im eating so I don’t get to fat and have to lose more weight. My goal is the National Danish Championship in September this year.

I’ll write here every month to keep track on my Progress….
