Searching for my abs… Have you seen them???:0)

Well… Im relatively new to this whole "Bodyspace" thing :0) Ive decided that my first blog will be dedicated to my journey for awesome abs. The last time I could actually see those babies was over 6 years ago!!!

A little about me…. Ive lost over 45 pds (and still trucking along!) I have always loved working out… just fell into some really bad eating habits and a terrible romantic relationship that took its toll on my self-esteem (still a struggle). I feel very grateful that all my skin retained most of its elasticity (except for a few lines on my stomache and some very stubborn cellulite that I swear is there, but everyone else thinks Im crazy, lol) Im very body concious/shy… I call it "fat-girl syndrome". Sometimes I still see myself at 160-175 pds no matter what the scale says.

Anyways… Ive decided that I am going to post some tummy pictures (in the PROGRESS section on my profil) so that I can chart my progress and get any feedback/input from any of you fine and fit individuals :0) The good, the bad, the ugly, let me hear it!!!

 Thanks bunches!

 Heather
