Death and Injury
Sunday, May 17th, 2009Getting back at it after tearing the tendon that surrounds my L4 L5 disc. It’s still a bit sore, but I’ve got clearance to work out a bit.
Had a few deaths in the family and did the stress-eat 6pack therapy with family.
I stayed as faithful as I could to my diet even though I wasn’t able to exercise and dropped cals to adapt.
Right now I only weigh 206 - I’m surprised I thought I would have gained more. My BF is 24.4 that’s up a bit.
But now back to the task at hand. Today 1650 calories to jump start everything low carbs.
Breakfast:
Eggwhites +turkey pep - 270 cals 40 protein
Coffee + a little skim+ stevia - 30 cals
Totals: 300 cals 40 pro
Left: 1350 left
