Last week 207 and 21.3 not bad i guess - weight went up a bit and bf was staying the same but this week 208 and 23. Cardio’s been tough b/c of my hip. I gotta get more discipined in my eating, writ it all down and stay to 1800.
May dip to 1600 cals for 2 days like I did last time to break out of the slump.
