					<description>Having run CPO PT for 6 years while still doing command PT, Remedial PT as well as mine own Weight Training, I can empathize whole heartedly.  It's nice to see another Anchor out in front.  I got my best results (and it's something I am trying to do again) with morning Cardio/PT and then eating my protein with clean complex carbs and in the afternoon (1600ish) doing my weight training and eating a low carb high protein shake and meal afterwards.  Keep up the good work</description>
