Ok so I gat up this morning at 5:15 am to do my Cardio and my 14 year old daughter gets up and tells me WOW !! Mom your really working your butt off,and for some reason that really motivated me to work iven harder.
I started on Monday to do 1hour in the morning and 1 hour after I get out of work my body really hurts I have not felt like this since I first started in Jan.1

I did it I workout yesterday in the morning I did 1hour Cardio and in the afternoon I did weights for 1hour at first I didnt think I could do it. I had so much to do after work. but as I gat home my hubby was doing weights and that helped me get started. So thats how is ganna be. push,push,push my self.

Yell, Im ganna start my new plan I did my 1Hour Cardio this morning now I have to keep my 1 hour weight in the afternoon. I only have 25 days to lose my last 15 pounds. but I am mentally preparing my self for that day. ok so Im still
eating lean.
I just have to work harder.
I think Im ganna have to go to a gym and I really didnt want to do that I really just wanted to do this from home like I

I still don’t want to step on a Scale and Rather than stepping on the scale to track my progress I use my clothes as proof of my weight lose. Been trying to put up more pics but my PC is acting up.

Im still sick but I gat up today and I did 1hour Cardio ,and I come to work I was out yesterday. It felt good to do my cardio..

I only did 40 mint workout today I feel sick nasal congestion,sneezing,sore throat, dry cough mild fatigue, slight fever of 100.2,headache,aching muscles.
Do you think Im sick? rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
This is what I get for working in a medical office…lol
