cutting fat
all right i have been working hard eating right course i do have a day every 2 weeks where 1 meal gets ruined for the most part i eat right everyday. I try and take in the right amount of protein low carb. im trying to maintain weight while loosing body fat is this an impossible mission should i just concetrate on dropping say 10lbs? Need some advice from everyone that has started out and drop bf to their goal level
