all right i have been working hard eating right course i do have a day every 2 weeks where 1 meal gets ruined for the most part i eat right everyday. I try and take in the right amount of protein low carb. im trying to maintain weight while loosing body fat is this an impossible mission should i just concetrate on dropping say 10lbs? Need some advice from everyone that has started out and drop bf to their goal level

All right i have been working my tale off in the gym lifting running the whole nine yards have been eating fairly clean before but had a lot carb intake now i have dropped my carb and eating more carbs from fiber like greens a lot of greens. i dont really see anything different but i feel different in the gym im feel im getting weaker and wear out a lot faster. any advice out there on how to maintain weight not loose muscle and get my bf% down to where my target goal is?
