BACK INTO IT

Hey everyone,

I just got back into Australia from a month long holiday travelled to HAWAII, THAILAND AND BALI and had an awesome time BUT didnt really do any excercise

so im back into it TODAY

DIET and TRAINING

Im hoping to compete in october thats the new goal ..

SO TODAY IS THE DAY , IM OFF TO HAWAII, THAILAND ,AND BALI IN A MONTH SO I GOING TO TRAIN REALLY HARD , BUT I WONT SLACK OFF ON THE HOLIDAY I STILL WILL WORK OUT AND EAT WELL I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO START BACK AT SQUARE 1 AGAIN..

Hey everyone this is my first blog…

Ive kinda hit a wall in both traing and diet .. i live in an area in australia that there are no personal trainers or anything like that wired i no but its true ..i wanting to compete in bikini in may but i dont think i will be ready i really want to ready thou so if there are any tips or motivation tips please feel free to leave a comment please help me get over this wall.. xxx
