Since I wanted to stay as much as i can natural and take the less that i can supplement i digg a litle around to find the best postworkout protein source .Since my jym is near (2 min ) home i had time to go home and do something.
I have tryied beef with white bread eggs with patatoes(full coverge of aminoacids) and aloso recently milk.
Well the best for me i guess is really milk(i use skimed one) because:
1-MILK is 80% whey and 20% casein
2-Contains a nice raport of proteins and carbs just the amount i need after jym (may alsoe eat some fruit)
3-A lot of studies sugest it as one of the best muscle building food .Infact studies were made and it was proven that just only 250 gr milk would help your body go into anaboic mode after jym(i drink 750 ore more 24 gr prot 34 crbs).
Futher studies have shown that whole milk helps into muscle building especialy whole milk(but i want use it cs it may contain to muh estrogen, recent studies shouw that)
Its true u just think that whey protein is produced from milk

Hi to all i am starting this blog and its all dedicated to weight loss.
Well i have staied on diets before but actually they was stupid(low low caloric) i have lose weight with muscle to.
Anyway now i will start a new weight loss program.
My goal is : to consume no more than 2500 cal a day
The idea is siple for me macronutrients will be something like
Protein(minimum amount) = 2 * 79 = 158 ore smth more
FAT essential mostly will make something from 20% to 30 %
The other will be carbohidrates
In the and protein 25-30%(155-173gr) fat 20 - 30%(50-60 gr) and what remains carbohidrates
I have done this the last tow week and i ended up overeating mostly in the morning
In the morning i eat muesli witch doesnt fill me and than i eat a lot
so i am thinking to change to oats (eaten rae cs i cant cook to much) at least they dont taste good so want eat a lot i think
Alsow my second problem is that i eat one day to much second day tpo little (because of the first)
I will try ANYTHING TO STAY STEADY.
Weell said these i think i have a new start hope the last new start in body definition.
